ive been drawing siiiincee... 2017 i think! maybe a little before that... i don't know, i just know i didn't like drawing as a kid hahah
how i got good: when i see something im bad at drawing i decide to draw it more. like hands, people compliment my hands a lot and to be honest i got really into drawing them because i kept seeing people say they're hard and i wanted to be a little bitch and go Heh.. Actually they're not That bad... you know just to be a little shit. lol. i found out that they are actually much more complex than other parts of the body but with this comes great reward: they're very expressive. you can do a lot with the hands!
i would recommend trying new things as often as you can, and if you see something in your art you don't like, remember that it's not a failure. that's a challenge! you can overcome it if you try it in enough ways because eventually it will click. and if you just don't like doing something, find another method of doing it. i hated lineart til i stopped sketching lol
