Ksante, Sett and Alune are 100% aware bc they're the ones cooking. Both Yone and Ezreal had problems to eat, hence why they're so skinny. Kayn and Phel are the ones giving him sweets. Phel knows Ez is a sweet tooth, and Kayn bribes Ez with it so he don't have to do shores, which happens way often. Ez has been soft after joining heartsteel so they don't really care the weight gain :P Kayn is the problem
