How do you deal with people's criticism? Especially, the one coming from toxic people? You must be a strong person to stick to your beliefs imo.

Not really. You get used to it. I edit for person reasons (it's something I enjoy doing), so public opinion etc doesn't sway what I do. I have what I think is a right way to do things, and that's what I'll do. You're free to disagree with me, but I'm not going to change the way I do things because you feel differently than I do.
Plus most of the comments are the exact same thing, IE everything people are saying about Sankaku right now are the exact same things they said about fureraba... so I'm more than used to that, considering I've had to see those comments constantly since the game released (I guess it's a good thing if people are still talking about a game a year after it's release...)
But yeah, while all the harsh comments and whatnot don't really discourage me, it does get kind of exhausting... This is the main reason why I don't really care to see things I've worked on release anymore. If anybody talks about the translation, it's solely negative and the exact same criticisms you've seen of other stuff a million times... And if your translation doesn't have those common "issues", then all that's said about it is "Oh, it was fine." and that's only when people ask "Is the translation for this game alright?" I do enjoy seeing people play and react to things I've worked on, but all too often it feels like the only discourse people in the community like to have is whether or not a translation is shit for doing X, Y, and Z.
