hi, just reaching out to apologize for the ask i sent earlier. it was inappropriate and emotional of me to send it even if i didn’t have a non-personal twitter account. you don’t have to answer or post either message if you don’t feel comfortable, but i do want to apologize for being aggressive and confrontational in your asks. while i am still upset seeing how an author whose work i respect was discussed, i acknowledge that it was just banter between you and your mutual. i also apologize for any distress i may have caused you and i hope that you have a good day.
i don’t really know what to say, i was not expecting an ask like this, but thank you. i could’ve handled things better on my end and am definitely gonna be more conscious of what i post publicly in the future, so while i don’t love being called out, i can accept that i kind of fucked up. i’m not gonna post these on main and will leave them to just be on my retrospring because i don’t want to continue or escalate things, but i’m sorry again and appreciate your apology. have a good day as well
