How often do you eat food not prepared by yourself?
i try to never eat stuff prepared by others couse estimating cals makes me super anxious, i do sometimes get smth from a bakery or restaurant but i try to choose the ones that have cals listed or avoid it all together😵💫 so like once every two weeks on average is my answer but it honestly depends if someone insists on going out...
