How do you relax or de-stress after a long day?

I usually order myself something to eat or drink, be it something sweet like cookies and coffee or tea. While I'm waiting for the order, taking a bath will do.

Mandi! Aku suka banget mandi keramas tiap habis hectic seharian. Rasanya kayak langsung seger lagi and it feels like the stress is no longer around, at least for a night.

I usually make myself relax by taking a warm bath and then massaging my feet with some oil, and after my body feels relaxed I will go to sleep 💤
