oooooooooh this one was Formative for me!!! after i'd been in the fandom for a while i went back in my youtube history out of curiosity to see what i was watching as i was first getting into them (i was ushered into armydom entirely by youtube rabbit holes and qdeoks' archive), and the first week was like a bunch of dance practices and mvs and also this compilation of hopekook moments someone had made 😂 i found what i liked EARLY i guess! i searched my youtube history just now to see if i could find it again, but i must have cleared it since then bc there's nothing older than mid-2019 in there 🥲 but YEAH this one i was like 👀👀 okay hmm 👀 then apparently basically immediately started writing fanfic about them (i started emotional transparency like 2 weeks into being an army lmao)
