im still pretty shy/anxious, but there isn't really an easy answer besides just exposing yourself slowly in the case of social anxiety. sometimes having low self esteem can affect this, its good to try to get things in order on the real life side of things when it comes to your mental/physical health

i just do the thing, have a mild heart attack, then it gets easier the next time
