vent abt pt/pony town

ive been banned for over 3 months now, for something that wasn't really my fault, they don't respond to my emails, which is unprofessional, and BLOCKED me on twitter?? i cry so much cuz pt was the first place I would go to talk to my friends after school, now I'm barely able to make friends :((
