What’s your most memorable moment for the past 5 days?

Honestly, Walter coming by Sage for the first time. I really thought it was all lip service, but he came through. I really appreciate that, he made service much more fun.

I do have crushes, yes. Some more serious (?) than others. It's pretty similar across the board—I was first attracted to their physical features, but as I get to know them, it becomes more about their personality and how the dynamics between us are.

what's the worst customer you kicked out of your bar?

ah. well, this was during the first few months of sage. i was helping out during service (i was short staffed) when i tried to diffuse an argument between my staff and a male customer. my staff said he had touched her inappropriately, but the customer denied it. i suggested checking the cctv, but he got pretty aggressive, going on about how my staff was basically asking to be touched because she was wearing enticing clothes (she wasn't), and customers are always right (they aren't, not always at least).

long story short, he slapped me, i had him kicked out, but not before i could get his name and details so i could sue for physical assault.

anything with pomegranates—gin fizzes, mimosas, margaritas. i think they're fun little fruits, they're like little gem shards, and their color is so luxurious. they taste amazing as well, tart but sweet.
