Still stuck with the messed-up body clock. R.I.P my sleeeping schedule. How do you guys manage to sleep early and anyone got any tips for fixing a sleeping pattern? S.O.S. Send help?
Jawabanku akan selalu sama; bikin badan capek di pagi-sore hari lalu pas malam bisa tidur. Kalau semisal tidur cepet kayak sebelum jam 10 sering bikin kamu kebangun tengah malem, then wait until at least 9 or 10 pm baru deh tidur. Lakuin hal-hal yang bisa bikin kamu tidur juga, kayak rapihin kasur biar nyaman, mungkin pakai wewangian, jauhin HP (biar nggak kena radiasinya juga), dengerin lagu instrumental (pake sleep timer biar nggak bablas lagunya sampe pagi), dan lainnya. Kalau ngehalu atau bikin fake scenario bisa bikin kamu cepet tidur juga lakuin aja. Sometimes I create a good scenario to comfort me so I can sleep. (Nggak punya malu)

Setting a sleep schedule is necessary.. Don't drink a coffee, don't overthinking excessive especially in the middle of the night. Remember your health is more important than everything. The solution is read some book, listening calming sound or drink warm milk before sleep. Hopefully this will helps you👍🏼
