if you could have a different animal's palate + diet (but sadly remain human otherwise), what would you most like to be able to subsist on and enjoy eating?

honestly anything that can live off hay and grasses while also enjoying veg and fruits.. I almost said rabbit but I'd rather not have to eat my own poop to get all the nutrients out lmao.. so maybe just a sheep or something
