What do you consider to be the most meaningful way to build self-love?
Appreciating every good things that happen in your life or you just did. Also trying to understand that, bad things happen in your life with a purpose of showing you examples to learn, evaluate, and be a better part of yourself in the future. And knows that, every part of yourself, the one you love, and you hate, exist, so, the wholesome "you" today can be present.
