Hello there, I was wondering if the shipping is still going on as I have not recieved a tracking number, are you doing batches by country ( USA, UK ) etc or are you just going down a list?
Sorry for worrying I just haven't recieved word yet.
Shipping is still on-going, and is expected to finish in 2 weeks. We've sent out all the orders made during the first week of preorders, and is now shipping the remaining orders by country, starting with USA. We will post an announcement when all orders are shipped.

Will there be an announcement for address changes before shipping begins? I'm moving in May so I want to make sure my order gets sent to the right location

Hi! And sorry if you already answered this😅 but do you have an estimated shipping date?
Currently we are estimating that shipping will start in late March into mid April. Please keep in mind there is only 1 person packaging all 300 orders! You'll receive a tracking code once your order is sent, and international delivery will take 2-4 weeks :)

Where will I be able to buy the merchandise? Will it ship to the US?
The preorders are already closed! After all the preorders are shipped out, there will be a sale for leftovers, likely around April-May. We ship internationally to most countries, including the US.

We're a few orders away from our 225 order goal of the Art Print, and the Sticker Sheet will come after that at 250 orders!! ;o)

Yes, once preorders close, that will be it! However, we will be ordering extra of each items (so we have backups incase any items break/needs to be replaced etc), and we will be selling those extras after all orders have arrived to customers! So there will be a limited amount of items for sell a few months after preoroders (likely in April-May), but there is no guarantee that any specific item will be in stock!

Hi! I was planning on paying with a debit card but on the payment page it only shows PayPal as a source, is that something on my side that could be fixed or am I just not seeing something?😭
Hi there! Please click on the "Pay with PayPal" button at the check out page of our shop, and then inside there is an option to "Pay with a Card" at the bottom. With that you'll be able to pay with debit/credit card! Please dm or ask us if you want futher help or guidance!

Hello! I would like to purchase this wonderful merch, but may I know how things go with the purchase if you are from Russia? (There is delivery to the country, but there are problems with transferring money....)
Our payment is through PayPal, you can pay using a debit card/ credit card/ or using a PayPal account if you have one! Hope these options work for you :)

Hi, I have a doubt, I am planning to buy the circus bundle (because I have no self control and I fell in love with the merch) but it says that there are 4 eligible products. To which I want the emamel pin, how do I choose it or how do I tell them which one I want?
Hello, when you buy the Circus bundle, you get all 4 of those unlocked stretch goals, including the enamel pin, so you don't have to choose between them!

What is a group order?
A Group Order is when a bigger group of people from the same country/region places one order in the store and split the costs of shipping. Usually one person will collect all the orders and payment from everyone, place an order in the store and then redistribute the orders to the buyers. The shipping fee is split between all the participants in the Group Order.
Since there will only be 1 international package sent to 1 person, and then the orders are sent out domestically within the country, this can potentially help save on shipping fees for the customer, since multiple people can split the expensive international shipping fee.
For example, shipping 1 order to the UK is $17, but in a Group Order, shipping 10 orders together might cost just $100, and domestic shipping within the UK cost $2. So joining a Group Order might mean you'll just pay $12 for shipping instead of $17. (*numbers here are all made up just for this example, and are not accurate to the actual prices).
Every Group Order has their own rules and ways of settling the payment; it depends on the person organizing it. If you find a Group Order you want to join, contact the organizer and they will guide you through it.
However, joining a Group Order can also have risks, such as potentially untrustworthy organizers who delay orders, steal money etc. So please make sure to assess a Group Order and it's organizer carefully before joining! We are not responsible for the actions of the Group Order organizer.

How many piece of merch total in the full bundle vs half bundle? Including digital etc
Full bundle has 18 pieces of merch, with 1 item exclusive to the full bundle!
There are two Half bundles with 8-9 pieces of merch each. The half bundles are basically the full bundle split into 2 smaller sets.
These numbers exclude stretch goals, which if fully unlocked, are an additional 6 items for the full bundle, and an additional 2 items for the half bundles.
There is no digital merch, all items are physical.
