hi idk if this is late or not but I'm experienced in having my acc shdwbnd and suspended! in my experience, if you make your new account and using it in the same device as the old one, they might find out the IP is the same thus if 1 account is having a problem then your other account might catch that too. I used to have more than 5 accounts logged in, when 1 got suspended, every other accounts went down too. so you might want to rest the account for a bit or try logging in on different app or maybe try browser!
