I really loved “Putrefaction” and “Nativity”! They got me interested in Eldritch/Lovecraftian horror. Are there any books, movies, video games, or other works that you would recommend in that genre, or that inspired you?
Hi there! I'm glad you enjoyed my fics :D I love the idea of combining (eldritch) horror and romance... Dimileth imo is the perfect canvas for it!!
As for media that inspired me to write those fics: Saya no Uta (visual novel, main inspo for Nativity), Uzumaki (manga), Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (visual novel, focus on psychological horror), Necronomicon (not the book, but the PC-98 game based on the book), The Thing (movie, inspo for both fics), Possession (movie, inspo for both fics). These are the ones I remember at the top of my head!
