• aughhhhh. augh. okay. so. tragedy haunts the marauders no matter what u do. i domt care. jegulus with a happy endkng will always have that angst that eats u alive. sirius does an equivalent of The Prank in every timeline. mary will always choose to opt out of the war. theres an inevitable tragedy jn every timeline of them, the only difference is the choices these characters make that makes the tragedies temporary. and thats sooo. god. regulus’ parents come between him and his chance at happiness, but somewhere along the way he decides that he DOES deserve his own chance at freedom. sirius’ equivalent of The Prank in an alternate universe does not bare the same heavy consequences as the original. mary chooses to opt out of the war, but helps her friends still in smaller ways. etc etc. i domt know theyre all very specila to me 💙
