hi, i'm wondering if in the fic there should be someone who is the 'mad king' or is it just the name of the theme?

hello! not necessarily. 'mad king' is just the name for this season since the fest is open to almost all types of content, including dead dove, which we didn't allow for the first three seasons. hence, 'mad king'. hope this helps! - 🐳
