hey guys. does anyone know how to help regulate or at least lessen IED outbursts and aggression in general?? I have many ways but I still have issues often and I just need help to figure out how to fix issues I am having with loved ones :( if anyone has any ideas pls lmk it will help alot
i have the same problem :( i try to keep my mouth shut sometime but it just comes out like that and i hurt the ones i love. i think that if u do things that are therapeutic for u and calms u in some ways like drawing or having a little journal might help! apologizing with little notes with ur handwriting helps too and i usually do it and it helps me thin' of what i did
