Idk how to tell you this but "horny people" have been oppressed since like. Forever. Did you miss the entire thing where the church would punish and murder women for premarital sex or the moral sex panic regarding anyone who doesn't have vanilla sex for procreation ongoing from the 50s to today or the overlap between how queerphobes portray transgender people as nothing but "crossdressers living out their fetish in public". I think people who are in touch with their sexuality very much are oppressed. Like. Down to the point where there is a reason why queer people fought for and alongside kinksters in stonewall up until contemporary pride.

people who lean on the communist side in general tend to ignore how the strive for "society where people are equal" often makes marginalized groups subjected to erasure of either their history or themselves as whole. communism can be a powerful weapon of bigotry and i couldnt be bothered to educate every single kai ☆ he/they ☆ 🇺🇸 on why genocide of my people was, in fact, not very deserved.

5 favorite things about mhyk go
ahhh um. i think its the emotional value it has to me. as you probably already know im autistic and i have a lot of trouble with processing my emotional experiences. im particularly fond of fiction because it lets me explore what usually overwhelms me easily and mahoyaku is perfect for me here. it describes so many different feelings i sometimes forget i feel too. it may sound cheesy but to me being able to ruminate on what its like to love and care and how complex it can get is very important and good for my mental health.
i think i love the theme of growing pains that is represented by younger wizards struggling to fully accept what they are, be it them not fitting their idea of a wizard (mitile, riquet) or the very fact theyre wizards and not humans (cain, chloe).
fambly... mhyk is so good at writing fambly. even an utterly dysfunctional one like northfam. im also very happy to see its not trying to shove familial relationships between wizards into the nuclear family structure honestly

for animals... i think that would be a hyena. i like them a lot and frankly find them adorable. as for pets im not sure, as im often quite forgetful. i have three cats at home and try my best taking care of them (and im not doing it alone), but im of a more a plant guy if i had to pick
