Firstly, make sure to drink plenty of water. Making sure you’re properly hydrated will allow your kidneys to filter your blood properly and aid in a faster recovery time. Next, if you feel well enough, try to sit up for a little bit a few times a day. This will prevent any stiffness you may get from being in bed for an extended period. Would you like a book to read? Maybe some back rubs and a mint? I’ll do my best to look after you.
