Hi mina-san. I saw your sensei talk translation and went to read the whole article. I love how straightforward he talked (I think my jp is fine after living here for years) All I can say is your translation was absolutely fine. Thanks again for your hard work. There is somebody said it's not direct translation. They are in denial so hard they lose ability to literate Japanese Wwww. I wish I could attend the seminar tho.

I was wondering if there was any word on when the 9th novel would be officially translated and released? I know the japanese only came out end of 2023, but how long does it usually take for the eng version to come out?
hi! do you mean "The Day I Picked Up Dazai"? since that's the only LN that was released in 2023. So far they haven't posted anything for the official english translation, and there's nothing about it on YenPress' calendar. Usually it takes around a year, but we'll have to wait for announcement ^^
