Rather than just recounting one main occasion, I think there’s many little instances throughout each day which make me appreciate living. Just as the secret to life is found within life itself, the key to appreciating it lies in the same place. Since you’re specifically asking about the last time I felt that way, though, that would have to be when I recently saw a mother bird feeding her babies. It was quite simple, and yet still beautiful— which made me feel grateful for living and being able to observe even something as simple as that. It’s usually in the little things, I believe!
