The difference is that koko's hair is more dark red like oda's one instead of that lightly pinkie Aya has ( is it like that in the manga?) And that Koko faces goes a little more squarer, just a liiitlee bit. And that she looks more human in my head instead of 2d, and uses ton of pretty cute dresses
