If i want to submit a prompt, it can be nsfw and, if yes, has to be with top Deku?

Hi, there.
Since this event is NSFW by nature, NSFW prompts are encouraged. Although something vague like "Deku x Shinsou Rivals with Benefits Car Racer AU" is also okay.
All prompts & creations have to indicate Deku being the top in sexual situation because, well, this event is Top Deku Prompt Fest.
