How do you deal with jealousy in a relationship?

It's kinda hard for me since I tend to be a keeper— but once my partner noticed it, while pouting, I will tell them about it!

is it my jealousy or his? either way, i think communicating things is never a wrong move, and find what’s the best solution to that.

Try to keep a positive mindset at the beginning, but if things start feeling off too often, maybe it's time to let him know and ask him for clarification.

First thing first, acknowledging and validating my partner’s feeling or even my own feeling (if it is me who feels jealous over someone). Then, talk it out. Figure out what’s best for us. What I want, what my partner wants. I think, that’s the most fundamental things!

Not kind of person that would be get jealous easily unless he clearly cross the boundaries. But I'm gonna let him know that I'm not comfortable with his actions. And then proceed to draw conclusions as well as solutions.

I don't get jealous. I rather be laugh or happy seeing everyone wants them, but they had no chance.

If I get over jealousy myself, I'll tell him what makes me jealous of him. talk about it carefully and give a solution to it.
