My apologies for the late answer I didn't see this until now 😭 but I think there is a slight possibility that he would. It would not be for himself, but rather someone else who persuades him. I can't see him holding that intense of a grudge by himself and he isn't a violent person, more likely to just move on from anything than to form any truly hostile thoughts/feelings. He does value the law as well so I believe even if he did commit murder he would feel guilty.
