juncheol are something that can be SO personal honestly. like, for a while there, jun was the oldest guy living in the dorms and as someone who has a sibling way younger than him, he naturally took on that caretaker role despite the obvious language barrier (see the clip of him making breakfast for everyone). coups being the leader now, and older than jun, but also through and through a Younger Brother™️ really balances that out in an incredibly funny way. jun's teasing nature and cheol's incessant whiny-ness really makes for a wonderful dynamic in my opinion, and i love reading the way people write them.
also it's been years but i still think about that interview where they got asked what they're better at than the other person and they both just named their respective mother tongue instead of actually discussing skills. so simple but so good!
