I've seen you mention before that you haven't had a fp in a few years?
As a fellow one, How did you do that or manage? It's very difficult for me
is this a bpd question? because if it is then you're most likely on my priv bc thats the only place i recall having talked about it hskdjd. i dont rly wanna answer questions abt it on the public acc so you can dm me if you really need someone to talk to but im still struggling with a lot of this stuff myself so i don't think i could be of actual help u know
