also to add on to the ask i sent. Yes I am trying to recover but it isnt quick nor easy

i understand dont worry, i am too and that's why i'd prefer not to interact with d/as cause it Mighttt make me spiral again, i hope i dont seem mean or anything but just my reasoning as to why they r on my dni !!
