This sounds super random. Its kind of a vent/me asking for advice and yall can for sure ignore this.

My significant other made his neospring status dedicated to me, which is so sweet.. but I don't like that. It feels like he's revealing intimate things I don't want shared? Maybe I'm crazy or I'm being sensitive, I guess I was hoping someone could give me a secondhand opinion..

I don't think it's crazy!! If it makes you genuinely uncomfortable then you should tell him, I bet he'll understand if you say exactly why you aren't comfortable with it. You know?

if ur uncomfortable about it then tell your s/o that you appreciate it a great amount but it makes u uncomfortable and why it does so and ask him to remove it I think
