Any tips on how to be confident like you? I'm literally struggling…
the simplest answer would be… ‘just be yourself.’ i know it sounds cliché, but the real KEY to actually being yourself is to take the time to explore who you truly are and what you genuinely love. keep yourself busy taking care of your needs, and fill your days doing the things that bring you joy. you won’t be able to feel confident if you’re not doing anything, because confidence comes when you start exploring something, when you become obsessed with something. that’s when you’ll really discover what you love and what keeps you busy thinking about yourself. once you dive into that process, you’ll start to understand what ‘being yourself’ really means. you’ll feel more confident about your passions and what you do because you’ve embraced them fully
