hello lovely mods! when you say prompt adoptions, does that mean we get to "claim" existing prompts on your archive? and will our fic (if we decided to post it) be included in the round 1 collection or not? sorry, i'm new to fic fests and trying to learn my best to understand hehe
This is more of a lax, lightly moderated leg of the fest where you can write at your own pace. a set deadline is super motivating in some circumstances, while in others itās more manageable to write without a set deadline. thereās the better part of 100 prompts to choose from rn, so thereās totally room for more dongren stories in the world for authors to pick up and write š
You can select any prompt that's not colour coded red or grey.
As far as promo, weāll collect the adopted fics as theyāre submitted so they can be accessed through ao3 and twitter. once youāre done with your adopted prompt, add it to the 'dongrenfest_adoptions' collection in ao3 and/or tag us in a tweet! it's not a requirement to add a fic to our collection, but it will help readers find it in one place. - šÆš
