Whats your take or procedure on how to romanji-ze a name when there's no official spelling? These days is harder cus' there's almost always a source but I'm thinking back in the early 2000s when it was certainly a thing.

Check client glossary, look for official resources, look up accepted spellings. Best guesses are only for when all of those options don't work out. Having a basic grasp of naming conventions in more languages than just EN and JP helps.
