Hi! In your tweet posting about preorders, it specifies that there are special deals for 1 2 4 and 8 charms! However there doesn't seem to be any on the website? is that an error?

The deal on charms is under our "Prestissimo: Charms à la carte" bundle/listing and in the drop-down menu. There should be several options for sets! If you don't see that still, or there's still some confusion, please reach out again and we'd be more than happy to help! <3
