I really want to start hormone therapy. i think my dysphoria level is very high, but i try to avoid it because there are other more pressing things... i wouldn't want my libido to increase and i'm afraid of baldness. i basically try to think about hrt as little as possible because it always leads to a lot of pain, so i can't say much.
