so i think they sleep curled up together even before they start dating, but once they do it's more frequent + more affectionate. oguri seems like a cuddle monster honestly and tama complains because oguri's body heat is naturally high but it's fine. when they go on dates, initially tama is really resistant to PDA because she's embarrassed, but over time she'll do things like casually take oguri's hand or sip from her drink or whatever. like there's a degree of subtlety, unlike oguri who wants the world to know how much she loves tama.

they visit each other's families/hometowns sometimes too, to the extent that tama's little siblings have a nickname for oguri (her whole family loves her), while oguri's friends back in kasamatsu are like "yeah she talks about you constantly lol". tama is the one to formally propose, though oguri by that point had said a million times "i want to be with you forever" type stuff, but they don't have a wedding(tm) in the normal sense. probably a small casual celebration with friends/family, nothing fancy. they have a small apartment together that's very cozy and always smells like tama's cooking. when they eventually have kids (fempreg!) oguri is the one who gives birth because i would worry too much if it were tama as far as her health, however tama is very much the mom there. i can go on but. <3
