Tho from looking at their image results on Google, looks like both him and Doc usually have their mouths covered?, so maybe HG felt free to ignore that both of them actually had a 5 o'clock shadow. RIP.

Out of all of them, looks like Ela was the one who was the least changed by the anime beam? Like, she looks mostly the same? (...is it the green dyed hair making me think this? probably). Meanwhile compare that to Iana who got like 10 years taken off from her age or something...

...also funny that you just complain about Doc getting shaved when arguably the absolute worst thing that HG did in these collabs was take a brown-skinned Chinese Canadian woman with "First Nations-adjacent mixed ancestry" (copy and pasted text I found when reading about her, do NOT quote me on that.
