it's so weird that medicmiya's skill can only be used once per battle but it has initial sp and if you redeploy her she still has some sp... like why

right?? the way it’s just there and can’t move bugs me so much… honestly I don’t get why it’s not once per deploy it wouldn’t really make her that much better
