I started this acc without any intention to get better at something specific to be honest, so i wasn't actively practicing or anything. I think any new thing would be approached easier if you find what interests you in it specifically. Find the thing that gets you going or just aesthetically pleases you and start from it, from solo characters to more complex scenarios. I'll always root for self-indulgent pieces.

References are everything. Im using both sfw and nsfw materials for nsfw pics. But just like with learning anatomy, you can learn genital shapes from real pictures and draw them from your head as a result. Genitals have some specific simple shapes to them, understanding them would make it easy to stylize them however you want. I wouldn't recommend trying to depict every fold an wrinkle unless you're going for realism and focus on shapes shapes shapes. The way genitals look vary from one person to another, they're "imperfect" and it's a good ground for artistic freedom, so don't worry too much about not drawing them as realistically as possible.
Use other artists' tutorials and porn photos to assist your drawing process.

Different nsfw artists enjoy different things about drawing nsfw. You can draw cartoony porn, hyper realistic porn, stylish porn, sketchy porn.. it really is all about the mood, characters, and scenarios that makes it enjoyable. Go for it. It's a bit unnerving i know, but not as unnerving as it is fun and liberating
