Which Levi would enjoy it the most to mark their Eren, as if to tell others Back Off He's Mine?
I am once again pointing at BP Levi. He's a possessive omega, and that has started to show in the last chapter when he's angry that Mikasa has seen and smelled Eren during his rut. He hates that others know those intimate sides of Eren. So yeah, Levi very much enjoys marking Eren in visible spots to let others know he's off the market.
