I had another idea: Adult Nahida and either Kaveh or Al Haitham - they are having sex, like a "quickie" and before (or shortly after) they finish, there's a knock on the door for someone either looking for Nahida or Al Haitham. They get dressed quickly and try to play it off like nothing was happening.
