hiiii eve! been thinking about sugar lately (as in. everyday lol) bc im always rereading some chapter here and there im not lying when i say sugar is one of my favorites itafushi fics of all time 😭😭 really thank you for this amazing work!

anyway these days i remembered you saying that they got family house kids etc at some point and i was thinking. if you have something to share about that? like any updates on the itafushi-fushiguro household? haha ill be very happy to know about them 😆

byeee have a good day!!!

howdy!!! 🩷 this is so sweet you still think of sugar! (she's gotten long in the tooth but i'm happy she still makes someone's day...) THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOU KIND WORDS!!! its always hard to think about their life afterwards, because i tend to just have an idea of what's in store for them but never really think about it much after that. i think it's always nice for the reader to imagine it.

but for me, i imagine they have had maybe 4 kids (i feel like that's a good size, perfect to feel like you have a soccer team but not actualllyyy have a soccer team.) i think they had three sons and maybe the last one was a daughter. yuuji has always given off boy-dad to me, and perhaps they just kept trying for a girl, who knows! yuuji would be the BEST dad, like he would play so many sports with them, teach them all to swim, come in for your bring your parent to school day and have all the kids ooh and ahhh at his shiny gold medal and freak out about meeting an olympian. megumi, in my head, went to medical school, got his degree, is working as a doctor (im not sure what specialty! but it'd be kinda funny if he fell into sports medicine because of yuuji.) i think one of his sons would take to the water, and competitively swim too. i'd like to imagine they're like sims - in which each of these kids has some fun little talent that they're really good at like art or music or science and that they're little creative genuises :3
