Hi Azul I saw you and your friend talking about squares and squares in mark’s chart and I was wondering what that means?
so there are things every person has in their charts called planetary aspects, and those are trines, conjunctions, squares, oppositions, and sextiles. Everyone has a little bit of everything, but it’s pretty common for people to have an abundance of one of these aspects throughout their charts.
For example, in this case let’s talk about squares. Squares are two planets that are 90° apart in the zodiac, and they typically mean challenges or certain friction in a person’s life that forces them to address and overcome obstacles. For example, I have a sun square moon, which talks about the tension between my inner emotions and my outer ego/persona. This aspect is also known as the mommy/daddy issues aspect which…no comment.
Now, squares are a pain in the ass, though they’re not entirely BAD despite my personal complaints and disdain for them. They force you to confront emotions and feelings that are unfortunately inevitable, and when you do learn how to overcome them, you begin to shine more as a person in whatever you do. Mark in particular has a LOT of squares in his chart, but it’s also tells me that he has put in so much work to overcome these obstacles that it has actually made him shine brighter in return. I think squares are super complex in charts and they’re not the most lovable aspect to have, but they bring an abundance of good karma once you set your mind to your inner and outer goals.
