It is! To sum it up in basic terms, a profection year is basically whatever your age is and what house it corresponds to. For example, when you’re born, you are in your first house profection year and then you just go through the full cycle of houses each year. The house your age sits in is supposed to zero in on themes and important moments that will be happening in your life.

For example, I’m 23, so I’m in my 12th house profection year, and a 12th house profection year typically follows themes such as isolation, mental health, and letting go of things that no longer suit you.
