i will say it again idgaf thank you for speaking up i saw people who never talked about it retweet your posts, every voice matter since you don’t know who your voice might reach. and i agree we don’t know what people do on their personal accounts or in their irl but fandom is pretty diverse so their normal reach might not be the same as their fandom one, it doesn’t hurt that they use their platforms to educate people who are probably swimming in propaganda. thanks again and i’m sorry about your internship.
I totally get what you mean about how every voice does matter and it truly does. it’s the only thing we can and should use. thank you so much for talking about the horrifying genocide gaza is facing big fandom accounts are more concerned with debating fictional incest and fighting antis rather than saying something that could help Palestinians
my tweets have sadly been flagged repeatedly but I do think it’s the bare minimum and I should not be thanked at all. you’re right when you imply these big accounts have a bigger responsibility, but I’ve personally been way more active irl and on my personal accounts rather than fandom ones given I have an higher position there, so I try to put faith in people and think this is exactly what these other accounts do as well behind their scenes. I try to have hope everyone cares & that this won’t be for nothing
