Well, it depends on what's causing these feelings. Everyone goes through lonely periods in life and feeling lonely does not mean there's something wrong with you. You don't need to rush things, like you gotta meet people, you gotta converse, going out and yada yada, no. You can always take things slow, by having small talks online, playing online games, until you're ready to actually going out. Keeping yourself busy is another way to deal with it! Or you could also explore new things, start new hobbies, and create yourself a little space for you. It could be interesting!
