does purposely hitting my arm/hand on my wall till it bruses count as a relapse ??? i was lowkey rly angry last night for no reason ﹠ did it out of anger but idk if ITS RLY A RELAPSE CUZ O WAS JUST MAD BUT I WAS ALSO DOING ON PURPOSE 𓈒 idk pls help i dont wanna restart my ias app (𓏼 ˊ͈ ᵔ ˋ͈𓏼 )
