Hiiiiii aeryn I just read the first two chapters of cult au this morning (bc I am scared of new things happening and apparently your writing now has an important enough place in my brain that it constitutes a media of its own?) anyways OMG I LOVE IT SO MUCH I LOVE THEM… the quiet despair we only get to witness flashes of through jungkook’s eyes when he sees things he’s not supposed to see, his fear and confusion and then their kindness both helping and making worse both of those things, THE HOSEOK MYSTERY… I’m obsessed I can’t wait to learn more esp about the setting, is it cheating to ask if the setting is normal a/b/o they’re just in a cult, or is it like handmaids-tail cult-took-over-most-of-the-country type au? its not cheating lmao dont worry, its def normal-except-for-them type of deal, normal omegaverse, the cult itself is pretty centrally located but njs dad has a lot of contacts that make it seem more spread out if that makes sense. def not a National Thing in this nondefined nation lmao. the cult is: insane and extremely abnormal and is just. crazy to any typical member of society
