not sure it works for them, but from my knowledge/experience, companies provide a guide with times/screentime indications for band members, especially when there are multiple people in one group - which is used to ensure they will now where/when to point the main cameras too but also ensure equal amount of screentime or more screentime to specific members if they want to push them out more into the spotlight.
